Working with you one-on-one, our consultants take the time to understand and review your business’ organizational structure.  This allows us to determine the plan configuration and outline specific data collection requirements.  Your plan will contain:

  • Written Narrative

  • Organizational Profile

  • Workforce & Job Group Analysis

  • Availability & Utilization Analysis

  • Placement Goals

  • Goals Progress (Year 2 and beyond)

Once we develop and write your affirmative action plan, we present your plan, as well as our professional conclusions and recommendations to your human resources staff and chief executive officer.  Throughout the plan year, we will inform you of any changes in OFCCP compliance requirements.  Additionally, you will receive one year of unlimited telephone consultations regarding your plan and in the event of an OFCCP desk audit, we will provide assistance in answering the audit letter.
