Karen Whiteside, Owner/Consultant, is a former Director of Human Resources for a large national electronics firm and has over 25 years of experience in the HR field. She has established long-term working relationships with the many firms who have come to rely upon her expertise and ability to provide them with a comprehensive AAP.
Brian Whiteside is a graduate engineer with a background in technical sales management and later transitioned into the statistical process area. Working with Affirmative Action data enables him to use his analytical skills in interpreting the statistical data generated from the AAPs and ensures clients that reliable information is being processed.
